Das Zimmer ist etwas länger als breit und mit Laminat auf dem Boden. Es verfügt über ein Fenster Richtung Norden.
Your room is slightly wider than long and laminate builds the floor surface. There is a window in north direction.
Die Lage ist relativ zentral im ländlichen Falkendorf. Als Vorort von Herzogenaurach ist Anbindung jedoch gegeben. Auch nach Erlangen oder Nürnberg kommt man entsprechend zügig. Adidas, Schaeffler oder Puma können mit dem Fahrrad in 15 min erreicht werden.
Being quitely rural, Falkendorf represents a good connection to public transport. Within 15 min you can easily get to Herzogenaurach by car, bike or bus. The bus frequenzy varies from every half hour to every hour.
Es leben eine W20 und ein M25 in der WG. Wir machen gerne Sport oder Musik zusammen. Freunde sind in der WG außerdem sehr willkommen, was zu nicht-corona-zeiten meistens ein lebhaftes Miteinander bedeutet. Im Großteil der Zeit herrscht jedoch Ruhe und jeder kann, wenn er mag, sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Durch die große Küche und dem Wohnzimmer sind Aufenthaltsorte zum gemeinsamen Netflixen oder Kochen vorhanden. Zu Wartezeiten kommt es durch die zwei Bäder im Haus meistens auch nicht.
Already living in the share flat is a F20 and a M25. Next to making music oder sports we like to invite friends (as long as no corona strikes in). So mostly weekends are quite livly compared to the chilled atmosphere we have during the week where everyone who feels not like talking can easily stay at his room. The big kitchen and the living room enables the possibility to cook or watch netflix together. Two bathrooms also prevent you from wait time.
Nun zu dir: Du solltest ein bodenständiger Mensch sein. Dein Lebensrhythmus sollte sich nicht zu sehr von meinem unterscheiden. Wir suchen niemanden, der nur in seinem Zimmer hockt. Das Haus bietet viele Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, welche manchmal nötig sind, aber jedoch nicht alltäglich sein sollten.
What you should bring: You should be a grounded person. You daily life shouldn't vary too much from ours. As we don't search for someone only spending time in his room, you should at least be partially communicative.
