beautiful WG near the railway station schöne WG in Bahnhofsnähe

The apartment is simply unbeatable from the location. The train station is virtually in sight and the nearly 400m from the front door to the track 1 you can easily walk in 10 minutes and still you get nothing from the train station in everyday life. The city centre and various university sites are also easily accessible on foot, by bike or even by the Öffis (bus stop also in sight). You can lock your bike into the bicycle shed in the courtyard.

For food there is both a Norma (200m) and a tea (300m), but unfortunately there is no more unpacked shop. For this, the Döner offer has risen to 3. A baker can also be reached on foot in one minute. And the vending machine store is right with us.

The inner courtyard is very practical, since on the one hand it shields the house entrance from the much driven Luitpoldstraße and on the other hand can also be kept short by car, e.g. for loading and unloading. There is no WG private parking.

Die Wohnung ist von der Lage her einfach unschlagbar. Der Bahnhof ist quasi in Sichtweite und die knapp 400m von der Haustür bis zu Gleis 1 schaffst du locker in 10 Minuten zu Fuß und trotzdem bekommt man im Alltag nichts vom Bahnhof mit. Auch die Innenstadt und diverse Unistandorte sind zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad oder sogar mit den Öffis (Bushaltestelle auch in Sichtweite) sehr gut erreichbar. Dein Fahrrad kannst du in den Fahrradschuppen im Innenhof einsperren.

Für Lebensmittel gibt es sowohl ein Norma (200m) als auch ein Teegut (300m), aber leider keinen Unverpacktladen gegenüber mehr. Dafür ist das Döner-Angebot auf 3 gestiegen. Ein Bäcker ist auch in einer Minute fußläufig zu erreichen. Und der Automatenladen befindet sich direkt bei uns.

Der Innenhof ist sehr praktisch, da er zum einen den Hauseingang von der viel befahrenen Luitpoldstraße abschirmt und zum anderen hier auch mal kurz mit dem Auto gehalten werden kann z.B. zum Ein- und Ausladen. Einen WG eigenen Parkplatz gibt es nicht.

Jannik (22) and Marcy (25) live together with you.

Marcy works as a physiotherapist – with a lot of heart and devotion. In her spare time she is most likely in the middle of it: whether on festivals, the Christmas market in Fulda or on trips with friends. She likes to spend time with her nieces or when riding with the horse. Anyone who knows Marcy knows that she always has an open ear and good mood in her luggage. Especially she loves sympathetic games, where much laughs are laughed.

Jannick studies psychology and is in the middle of his Bachelor's work. In his spare time he is on the go – whether jogging or on the football field, main thing movement! In addition, Jannick is super happy to have friends on the go or also for beautiful games evenings. If you are lucky, you can also serve pancakes from him – which ensures a very good start to the day.

The WG is not a purpose WG! It will be happy to talk to each other, sometimes something played etc. If the social battery is just empty, the retreat space in the room is always respected. The WG dynamics, of course, always depends on the inhabitants so that you can help shape living together.

Mit dir zusammen wohnen Jannik (22) und Marcy (25).

Marcy arbeitet als Physiotherapeutin – mit viel Herz und Hingabe. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie am liebsten mittendrin: ob auf Festivals, dem Weihnachtsmarkt in Fulda oder bei Ausflügen mit Freund*innen. Auch mit ihren Nichten oder beim Ausreiten mit dem Pferd verbringt sie gerne Zeit. Wer Marcy kennt, weiß, dass sie immer ein offenes Ohr und gute Laune im Gepäck hat. Besonders liebt sie gesellige Spieleabende, bei denen viel gelacht wird.

Jannick studiert Psychologie und steckt gerade mitten in seiner Bachelor-Arbeit. In seiner Freizeit ist er sportlich unterwegs – ob beim Joggen oder auf dem Fußballplatz, Hauptsache Bewegung! Außerdem ist Jannick super gerne mit Freund*innen unterwegs oder auch für schöne Spieleabende zu haben. Wer Glück hat, bekommt von ihm auch mal Pfannkuchen serviert – was für einen besonders guten Start in den Tag sorgt.

Die WG ist keine Zweck-WG! Es wird gern miteinander gequatscht, mal was gespielt etc. Wenn die soziale Batterie gerade leer ist, wird der Rückzugsraum in den Zimmer immer respektiert. Die WG Dynamik hängt natürlich aber immer von den Bewohnenden ab, sodass du das Zusammenleben mitgestalten kannst.

I really enjoyed the last 4 1/2 years in this WG very much and I am taking a crying eye out here as the WG and the apartment is simply great.

Other information:
- We have a working washing machine
- The Internet comes into the house via fiberglass and is very reliable.
- The gas thermal system in the kitchen was reinstalled only half a year ago and is a bit efficient than the old one.
- There is a lot of storage space in the apartment: A double ceiling in the hallway, large basement compartment and a storage room in the staircase

Ich habe die letzten 4 1/2 Jahre in dieser WG wirklich sehr genossen und ich ziehe hier aufjedenfall auch mit einem weinenden Auge aus, da die WG und die Wohnung einfacht toll ist.

Sonstige Infos:
- Wir haben eine funktionierende Waschmaschine
- Das Internet kommt über Glasfaser ins Haus und ist sehr zuverlässig.
- Die Gasthermik in der Küche wurde erst vor einem halben Jahr neu eingebaut und ist um einiges effizient als die Alte.
- Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum in der Wohnung: Eine doppelte Decke im Flur, großes Kellerabteil und ein Abstellraum im Treppenhaus
