The apartment is located near the Festspielhaus, just a few minutes' walk from the Hohe Warte hospital. The distance to the university is less than 7 km. The next bus stop can be reached in 6 minutes. Next possibility to shop some grocery is in 1.5 km. The next grocery shop is round about 1.5 km away.
This flat share is being launched for the first time! The 1st room has already been allocated to a young, friendly dentist. Now we are looking for a suitable roommate. It would be ideal if you DON'T have a car because the parking situation at the house is difficult.
The beautiful garden can of course be shared. People with a passion for gardening and people with a green thumb are VERY WELCOME!
There is a laundry room with space for your own washer and dryer. In the garden there is a laundry place for your fragrant, sun-dried laundry. A beautiful terrace with enough seating that everyone can use makes your free time here perfect.
