Da es mich ab September ins Auslandssemester verschlägt, wird ab 1. September (nach Absprache auch schon früher) mein Zimmer in unserer 2er WG in Bayreuth Kreuz frei. Das Zimmer bleibt komplett möbliert, einschließlich Matratze, die noch kein halbes Jahr alt ist. Nur das Kistenregal, das man auf den Bildern sieht, und meine Deko werde ich mitnehmen.
Du wirst vielleicht feststellen, dass das Zimmer noch ein zweites Mal hier auf WG gesucht erscheint, und zwar zur Untermiete. Am liebsten würde ich mein Zimmer nämlich nach dem Auslandssemester wieder beziehen, bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich angesichts der vielzitierten aktuellen Situation einen Untermieter finde. Deshalb freuen wir uns über jede Bewerbung, werden aber im Zweifelsfall einen Untermieter bevorzugen.
Wir haben einen eigenen Kellerraum, in dem du auch noch Zeug verstauen kannst. Auch sonst ist die WG hervorragend ausgestattet: Wir haben eine Waschmaschine, einen kleinen Gefrierschrank und einen Balkon mit Garnitur und Sonnenliege. Die WG hat leider kein Wohnzimmer, dafür aber für eine 2er WG eine recht große, gemütliche Küche.
Zum Haus gehört außerdem ein wunderschöner Garten mit Grillplatz, der sich wunderbar zum Zusammensitzen eignet. (Außerdem gibt es einen Apfelbaum, an dem wir uns bedienen können.)
Since I am going to study abroad during winter term, my room in a 2 person shared flat will be free from the 1st of September or a bit earlier. The room will stay completely furnished, including the almost new mattress. The only thing that I will take with me are the wooden boxes that you can see in the photos.
You might also see this room on wg gesucht as a time-limited contract. If I can find someone who will take the room time limited as a subtenancy will be preferred, as I would prefer to move back into my room after my semester abroad.
Our flat has a kitchen with fridge, reezer and microwave, a washing machine and a balcony with a nice table and chair set and a sunlounger. We also have our own room in the basement for storage.
The house also has a lovely garden with a grilling patio to be used by us and the other 3 people living in the other flats.
Mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10 min in der Uni, und vom Hohenzollernring aus (7 min zu Fuß) fährt auch ein Bus direkt zum Campus. (Falls du kein Fahrrad hast: Wir haben noch eins im Keller stehen, das niemandem gehört…) Zum Rotmaincenter und in die Innenstadt brauchst du zu Fuß 7 bis 10 min, zum Bahnhof fährt direkt ein Bus. Der nächste Supermarkt und die nächste Pizzeria sind gerade mal drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, du wirst also sicher nicht verhungern.
Falls du gern im Grünen unterwegs bist, bist du zu Fuß in 3 min am Mistelbach (beliebte Joggingstrecke) oder mit dem Rad in 10 min aus der Stadt raus und am Buchstein.
It takes about 10 min to go to uni by bike, and there is also a bus station 7 in a 7 min walking distance with a bus going directly to campus. (If you don’t have a bike, we still have an old one in our basement that belongs to nobody…) To the mall and to the city center it is a 7 to 10 min walking distance. The bus to the train station departs right around the corner and the closest grocery store and Italian restaurant are only a 3 min walking distance.
If you like nature, the Mistelbach, a nice walking or running area is right around the corner as well. You can get tot he Buchstein (forest outside of the city) within 10 min of cycling.
Bereits in der WG wohnt deine Mitbewohnerin Hannah (22, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen). Wenn sie nicht gerade die Wohnung streicht, oder dekoriert, kann sie fantastisch backen und ist immer für ein Schwätzchen zu haben. Sie geht (wenn das wieder möglich ist) gerne bummeln, und wäre sicher nicht böse, wenn ihr:e nächste:r Mitbewohner:in in Sachen Bierpong ein bisschen nützlicher wäre als ich. Die WG soll keine Zweck-WG sein, auch wenn natürlich jeder seine Ruhe kriegt, wenn die Uni mal wieder zuschlägt.
The best about the flat is your roommate Hannah (22 years old, studies Economics and Engineering). She is quite crafty, a very good baker and appreciates a nice chat in the kitchen. She likes going shopping (when that is possible again) and would prefer a rather social roommate.
Die ungefähr 270 Euro Miete setzen sich zusammen aus: 187 Euro Kaltmiete an die Vermieter, 65 Euro an die Stadtwerke für Gas und Strom und nochmal 14 Euro fürs Internet (beides an Hannah, die sich um die Verträge kümmert).

The monthly rent will be about 270 euros, consisting of 187 Euros to our landlords for the room itself, 65 Euros for gas and electricity and 14 Euros for wifi.
