Ich vermiete ein großes sonniges unmöbliertes Zimmer in Alt Hohenschönhausen. Ich suche jemanden für dauerhaft und zuverlässigen, da ich 1 Woche im Monat nicht in der Wohnung sein werde. Bitte keine "ich trinke nur mal ein Feierabend Bierchen oder ich kiffe nur ab und zu" Ich arbeite von zu Hause im IT Bereich und mache nebenbei noch Musik und lege auch hier und da noch auf: https://n3jat.com/ Die Wohnung dient als Rückzugort und Oase zum Energie auftanken. Supermärkte, Bio Laden und was sonst so gebraucht wird, ist in der Nähe. Außerdem sind es von hier 10 Minuten mit dem Rad zum Ober und Orankesee. Die Trambahn Haltestelle ist gleich gegenüber und damit sind es ca. 7 Minuten zur Landsberger Allee und zum Alex ca. 20min.
In der Miete ist alles enthalten (Gez, Internet) Strom Abschlag sind aktuell 70 Euro die geteilt werden.
Ein respektvoller Umgang, offene Kommunikation sind mir wichtig. Gerne quatsche ich mal in der Küche aber gebe jedem seinen Space und erwarte das gleiche. Ich ernähre mich vegan, habe aber kein Probleme mit allen anderen Arten der Ernährung. Alles weitere können wir gerne besprechen. Es ist auch eine befristete Vermietung möglich, hier wäre das Minimum 3 Monate. Anmeldung ist natürlich kein Problem.

I rent a large sunny unfurnished room in Alt Hohenschönhausen. I am looking for someone for permanent and reliable, as I will not be in the apartment 1 week a month. Please no Alcoholics or Heavy Drug Users (also not the "i only do this on the weekend" kind) I work from home in the IT field and make music on the side and also sometimes DJ here and there: https://n3jat.com/ The apartment serves as a retreat and oasis to recharge energy. Supermarket and a few stores are in walking distance, and it is also not far to Orankesee and Obersee. The streetcar stop is just opposite and so it is about 7 minutes to Landsberger Allee and to Alex about 20min. Everything is included (GEZ, Internet) except Electricity which is 70 Euros for now and would be divided to 35 Euros each.
Respectful treatment, open communication are important to me. Gladly I chat times in the kitchen but give everyone his space and expect the same. I eat vegan, but have no problem with all other types of food. . Everything else we can discuss. It is also a temporary rental possible, here would be the minimum 3 months. Anmeldung is of course possible.
