Hi everyone,
because i found a job on the countryside, I want to offer my room for this time. It will be minimum May 1st until July 1st and maximum May 1st until October 1st. So I can only promise until 1st of July for now. Sadly, my landlord doesnt allow registration...
You will live in a huge room -23sqm- with an extra sleeping cabin where used to be the balcony - for 400 including Heating, energy, water and WiFi.
Your roommate will be Kazuki:
He is a very easy going person, we like to chat in the kitchen with a cigarette about nothing and everything. We sometimes cook and eat together, if his working schedule allowes. He works at a Sushi restaurant and uses to come home quite late. He will be the one to decide for the room.
About me:
I am Fritz, a musician in different projects and work in a Recordingstudio closeby. I study computerscience and the job i have is an automation for a watersprinklersystem of a big garden in Brandenburg. I want to go travelling after and plan to come back for the next semester on 1st of October.
The furniture in the room is all going to stay (exept for the computer) but you can of course change it in every way you like. We have a big basement and you can even bring your own furniture. Just change it back to the way it is now before you leave and were fine.
forgot to say: We dont have a fridge!! :D and live fine with that ever since
