Nun zu deinem Zimmer. Deine Miete sind ebenfalls unsere eigenen Kosten und wir machen mit dir keinen Gewinn. Das Zimmer ist 16m2 und voll möbliert und eines von 3 in einer 104m2 Neubauwohnung von 2017. Zusammen haben wir 2 Bäder, wobei eines davon für dich ist. Zusammen haben wir alle eine große Küche, einen Balkon und ein Wohnzimmer, das du natürlich gerne mitbenutzen kannst.
Das Haus hat ebenfalls eine Tiefgarage, in dem du dein Fahrrad parken kannst und einen Garten, den du genauso wie alle Hausbewohner gerne mitbenutzen kannst.
Falls du Interesse hast, schreib uns einfach und wir können uns hier in die Wohnung treffen und sprechen über was wir so in unsere Freizeit machen und was wir schön am Leben finden.

Die Wohnung ist super in Alt-Treptow gelegen - also 5Min nach Kreuzberg, Neukölln oder Friedrichshain. Trotzdem ist es hier super ruhig. Goerlitzer Park und Treptower Park sind auch um die Ecke. Ganz viele Cafes, Restaurants, Bars in ein paar Minuten Entfernung.

The apartment is great in Alt-Treptow - so 5 minutes to Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Friedrichshain. Nevertheless, it is super quiet here. Goerlitzer Park and Treptower Park are also around the corner. Many cafes, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes away.

Da wir mit dem letzten Mitbewohner nicht so richtig Glück hatten, schreiben wir euch einfach mal, was wir gut und was nicht ganz so super zu uns passt. Super finden wir gelegentliche Abende mal etwas zusammen zu kochen oder auch mal einen Film zusammen schauen. Super finden wir auch, wenn jeder mal Zeit für sich braucht und sich in sein Zimmer verzieht. Abwechselndes Putzen, bei dem jeder mal alle drei Wochen an der Reihe ist finden wir genauso super, wie das sauber zu machen, was du vielleicht gerade dreckig gemacht hast. Auch sich bei alltäglichen Einkäufe (Toilettenpapier zB) und Aufgaben (Müll wegbringen zB) mitbeteiligen ist super. Rücksicht auf die Anderen nehmen finden wir auch toll. Was wir nicht so toll finden ist, wenn wir nur an der Eingangstür hören, dass du gerade nach Hause gekommen oder gerade mal raus bist. Was uns wichtig wäre ist, dass du schon ein wenig weißt, was du im Leben willst und deine Gespräche mehr beinhalten als Alkohol, der neuste Burgerladen, oder dass das Berghain der heißeste Scheiß ist, er aber immer mehr von Hipstern überfüllt ist.
