Durch die hohen Decken hat mein angenehmes Raumgefühl.
Verbrauchsmittel, welche man im Haushalt benötigt, wie z.B. Hygiene, Gewürze und eben alles so was man als Grundausstattung in einer Küche oder zum Reinigen benötigt ist vorhanden und im Preis mit drin.
Gerne kannst du Freunde zum Essen einladen, aber eine Übernachtung von Gästen ist nicht erlaubt!

You are a NON-SMOKER, value ORDER and CLEANLINESS, and treat other things with care, then Iwould like to get to know you.
The apartment is very bright. Due to the high ceilings hasmy pleasant feeling of space.
Consumables that you need in the household, such as hygiene, spices and everything you need as basic equipment in a kitchen or for cleaning is available and included in the price.
You are welcome to invite friends over fordinner, but an overnight stay of guests is not allowed! It's not a party flat.
Eine sehr schöne und ruhige Wohngegend mit altem Baumbestand und einem schönen Gemeinschaftsgarten, der im Sommer auch gerne genutzt wird.
In unmittelbarer Nähe (Weitlingkiez) hat man diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, Lidl, Kopiershop, Apotheke, etc.)
In nur 15 Min. zu Fuß ist man an der Spree (Rummelsburger Bucht)
DieS -Bahn/U-Bahn ist in 8 Gehminuten oder 3 Min. mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Wenn man abends weggehen möchten, gelangt man in weniger als 5 Minuten S-Bahnfahrt ins Simon-Dach-Kiez (Ostkreuz) und in die Warschauer Straße.
Zum Ku´damm fährt man in 30 Min.
Bevorzugt werden Frauen, die berufstätig sind oder ein Praktikum machen.
Das WG-Leben gestaltetest du mit und es hängt davon ab wie du dich einbringst.
