Hey Du! Ich suche eine Person, die Lust hat in meinem Zimmer zu wohnen, solange ich im Urli bin :)
Die WG befindet sich in zentraler Lage am Länderdreieck, d.h. trotz ruhiger Straße hast du es zu Fuß nicht weit zu Bars, Restaurants, Clubs und anderen Kulturmöglichkeiten!
Ein Supermarkt ist 350m entfernt.
Mein Mitbewohner arbeitet 35 h die Woche als Erzieher und freut sich auch über Gesellschaft nach der Arbeit. Ist aber auch fein damit wenn es für die Zeit eher auf Zweck Basis ist.
Uns ist nur ein diskriminierungssensibler Umgang und Queerfreundlichkeit wichtig:D Was du machst etc. ist ganz egal!
Wir legen beide einen großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit, vor allem weil die große Küche und Balkon gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden.
Zum Zimmer:
Es hat viel Platz, ein Sofa, ein großes Bett und auch einen Fernseher + Playstation5 :P (Aufgrund dessen würde ich auch eine Kaution nehmen, falls irgendwas kaputt gehen sollte:)

Hey there! I'm looking for someone who's interested in staying in my room while I'm on vacation :)
The shared apartment is located in a central area, which means that despite being on a quiet street, you won't be far from bars, restaurants, clubs, and other cultural activities within walking distance! A supermarket is only 350m away.
My roommate works 35 hours a week as an educator and is open to company after work, but is also fine if you prefer a more purpose-based interaction during your stay. We both value a discrimination-sensitive approach and LGBTQ+ friendliness. What you do and who you are is completely welcome!
Both of us emphasize the importance of cleanliness and tidiness, especially because the spacious kitchen and balcony are shared spaces.
About the room:
It's quite spacious, equipped with a sofa, a large bed, and even a TV + Playstation 5 :P (Due to this, I'll also be taking a security deposit in case anything gets damaged.)
