Room
We have a big room to sublet from the first of May on, here are some details to the room and the apartment:
- Its a 4 room WG but only used as 2er WG, one room used as living room and one as working/laundry room, the whole apartment is around 120 sq meter with big, furnished kitchen and fair-spacious toilet with a tub. As you may see the rent is not low it's due to the reason we 'share' the cost of extra rooms.
- The room is 'unfurnished', it only has a table, chair and a mirror.
- The Apartment is very well connected, 100m to M10/21 and U5 Frankfurter Tor, Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg and Kreuzberg all within 10mins bike range.
- its not a vegetarian household (I think it's quite important to put upfront), it's not a Zweck-WG so we do expect some interaction as we share a place to live
- It's a NO PARTY WG, but YES to small gathering, potlock session, movie night, boardgame night (we got sh*t tons) and chill stuff.
- We are a couple living here since 2019, both working full time.
-Schufa (request now) and Einkommensnachweis a must have
