Hello everyone!

The room will be free from 3rd April and for the first month it would be unfortunately only sublet without Anmeldung, but from May you would take my contract (with Ameldung).

Here are some details:
🏠 room is 12,5m2
💰 my rent is 508€ warm and probably it will stay the same (I didn't get any info about increasement) + u would need to pay the deposit, which is 1263 €
📍10317 - close to S Rummelsburg
🪑 room will stay furnished, so you will get all furnitures except curtains, the table with plant, mirror and office chair, as these are mine. There will be payment for the furnitures tho, I also paid to the previous tenant - 300€

We're living in 5 people, but the flat is quite big. We have two bathrooms, a living room connected to the kitchen and the balcony, so quite a lot of common space. The area is honestly super nice and I enjoyed it much. Close to the river, very quiet and you can get easily to the center with sbahn or tram, which is almost right in front of the building.
We're very chilled WG, some of us are more extravert, some of us more introvert, we just respect our needs.

To transfer the contract on you I will need these documents:
✅ a copy of your identity card (both sides) or passport and your current registration certificate
✅ a confirmation of no rent debt (Mietschuldenfreiheitsbestätigung) from your current landlord (not older than one month)
✅ a Schufa (request now) credit report (not older than one month)
✅ Proof of income (payslips for the last three months, certificates of support, etc.)

Just one thing - I'm looking for a person willing to take over the contract and with all documents. You don't have to show me them on the meeting, but you would need to have it ready for the company.
