We are looking for a HAUPTMIETER to rent our cosy room close to Sonnenallee and the canal.
The usual documents (3 months payslips, Schufa (request now) etc.) are required, to enter the contract as a Hauptmieter.
The room is cca 16square meters and comes unfurnished.
The other flatmates are Tobi form Switzerland, Louisa from Germany and Robert from the Czech Republic. We would prefer a female flatmate, to keep the balance. Tobi is working, Louisa is studying Sociology and Robert is a musician, just starting out. We all like our own space and quiet, do enjoy a beer together every now and then. The flat is definitely on the quieter side.
