Our beautiful apartment is on the fourth floor of the building with an elevator. The building is from 2016 - so the apartment is really modern. It has 90m2 and three rooms: large living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a guest room / office.
The living room comes with a nice couch, a 55" TV, a sound system, a dining table and a few shelves and paintings. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need incl. microwave, a coffee machine, toaster etc. The balcony has 10m2, a table with four chairs, two deckchairs and a bbq. You can find the washing machine in our separate storage room. The apartment has one bathroom and a separate toilet for guests. We have an Alexa in every room to listen to music.
We are renting out both, the bedroom (20 m2) and the guest room (15 m2). You would get the bedroom with a box-spring bed 180x220, a large wardrobe and 2 bedside tables.
The apartment is located in Berlin Mitte - a 3-minues walk from metro station Spittelmarkt (U2). It is a very modern area. We have two supermarkets within 5 and 7-minutes walking (Netto and Lidl); bakery 3-minutes walking; Rossmann and pharmacy also 7-minutes walking. Several restaurants and bars just around the corner.
We want to rent out the guest room separately, which has a comfortable 140x200 sleeping couch to a man / woman ages between 18 and 35 years.
You could also rent the apartment as a whole.
