Hello people, please read thoroughly,,
I am moving out from my room and the contract is finishing by the end of April and since I found another room for myself, I am giving out my room fro, the month of April. More precisely, from 04.04 to 29.04.
The room will only have one mattress, again since I am moving out I will take all the furniture with me and I can only leave the extra mattress, there won't be any furniture, that's why the rent is very cheap, at the same time, there won't be any internet as I am also taking it with me but do not worry, Thankfully, Vodafone set up a few years back a hotspot which works as if it was your own, you only have to chose it from your internet settings and chose the amount, which for the month its 34,99€. This hotspot works perfectly, I used it for 2 months when I first moved in as I was undecided which internet provider to get,
If you want to take the room under these conditions, please write me a small text mentioning the word avatar, so that I know that you read all this.
The rest of the flat is pretty good, you have everything else, the kitchen is fully equiped and I won't take the kitchen furniture with me, as it is part of the flat.
The flat will be shared with my other flatmate who is from Germany, but speaks Spanish, Portugues, and English of course.
If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be more than happy to answer them and we can arrange a viewing in the next days, as I need to take the decision ASAP, I will do the interviews as soon as you write me and will invite you for a viewing.
The location of the flat is really good, its in Gessundbrunenn, many conections around the flat, just in front a bus that takes you to Leopoldplatz or Nordbanhoff, then S Humbolthain which you can take the S 25,26 1, and then S Gessundbrunen station 9 minutes walking, which you have the U 8, S 42/41 and more busses.
There are many shopping stores like Rewe, Kaufland, Lidl and an Aldi, there are many cafeterias and small restuarants and a few Spatis.
