Starting on October 3rd, a fully furnished balcony room in this newly renovated 3er WG becomes available LONG TERM. The room is FURNISHED with a table, chair, cupboard and a bed with storage (which can also be extended to a double bed). The room also has a private balcony with a table and chair where you can sit and enjoy the greenery and evening sunset. The entire room is fully carpeted with organic material for good room climate and hence does not get visibly dirty easily. No smoking and pets are allowed.
RENT (includes house costs and water): 500€
add costs for energy and gas and internet (around 50€ per person)
Security deposit is 1500€
Located in Westend, a premier residential area close to Brixplatz/Reichsstraße with direct subway connection to TU/HU/city center EAST or WEST via U2, bus stop (104) almost in front of the house, or take a nice bike-ride along the river Spree to the TU. Walking distance to Olympia Stadion and Grunewald for jogging, hiking.
Nearby Reichsstraße has all kinds of shops for your daily needs - Edeka, Bio Company, Pharmacy, Bakery, Press, Flowers, Döner/Pizza/Restaurants etc all just steps from your door.
The flat has recently been renovated with organic carpet for good room climate, new furniture and a big kitchen with huge fridge and dishwasher. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, gas stoves, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses and personal storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as free to use washing machine.
The other members of the flatshare are two young professionals, polite and clean. Everyone has their own room and it is purpose type flatshare. Rabert (23,M) is a Thai student who is learning German in Berlin and he is perfect if you would like to practice German. Prathamesh (29,M) is from India and is working at a start-up. Each one is busy with their work but always up for a conversation in the kitchen. Both the flatmates are very relaxed but as it is a purpose WG, it might not be socially active.
The landlady is offering a joint fixed-term contract (1 year) with prolongation for all three tenants - everyone has full rights and responsibilities. Of course, tenants may change.
When you apply, please write a short description about you (what you do in Berlin and your hobbies). Also important is that you need to send:
* passport or ID card
* credit rating / SCHUFA (request now) (request now) -Selbstauskunft / proof of financial capability/Bürgschaft
* Alternatively, a student enrollment confirmation
