Hallo Friend, i’m renting one room in a large apartment. You are free to use the big living/dining room, aswell as the kitchen hosting a table for three. for the duration of six weeks there will be even another room with a big table and a balcony, that would be yours exclusively. The apartment is found on the top floor. The room is about 7 sqm, but has high ceilings and feels very comfy. The apartment is unrenovated, making the rooms feel unfinished and inspiring. The floor is wood. for the first 6 weeks
The area is very beautiful and quiet, and three Parks are close and are only two minutes away. Closest is Lietzensee, with a lake, one of the most beautiful parks in Berlin. There are fine shops and supermarkets, so you can get everything in specialty stores without setting foot in a shopping mal. It is very close to the woods of Grunewald and close to many lakes. But it is only a short ride with S-Bahn or U-Bahn to Mitte or Kreuzberg or even parts of Prenzlauer Berg.
We are quiet and thoughtful persons who like to have the occasional dinner, but afterwards clean the kitchen and expect the same from you. You should be willing to join into keeping the space clean. After a certain time in the evening we keep quite, being considerate of the others, or ask if there is an exception and find solutions. We are happy to point you in the right directions and give you a head start in the area. We could also imagine renting to a couple. Please tell us about your situation. Looking forward.
I would consider ourself responsible, clean and respectful of other people and that’s what we‘ll ask from you to. We like to care for a pleasant atmosphere. Therefore we keep a couple of plants, water them and put them out, or get some fresh flowers or branches to freshen up the apartment.
