Das eine Zimmer ist 14 qm (siehe separate Anzeige) und das andere Zimmer (diese Anzeige) hat 20qm und ein großes eigenes Badezimmer mit Badewanne, das direkt vom Zimmer aus betreten werden kann. Die Mitbenutzung der riesigen, komplett ausgestatteten Küche kommt hinzu. Wir haben insgesamt 3 Bäder und 2 Balkone.
We still have 2 rooms for rent:
One room is 14sqm (see separate ad) and the other room (this ad) has 20sqm and a large private bathroom with bathtub that can be accessed directly from the room. The sharing of the huge fully equipped kitchen is added. We have a total of 3 bathrooms and 2 balconies.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentral in Charlottenburg in der Nähe vom Savignyplatz. Mehr Berlin geht nicht. Der Kuhdammliegt direkt vor Deiner Haustür und Bars, Cafés sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten findest Du alles direkt in unmittelbarer Nähe.
The apartment is super centrally located in Charlottenburg near Savignyplatz. More Berlin does not go. The Kuhdamm is right on your doorstep and bars, cafes and shopping you will find everything in the immediate vicinity.
Die WG wird komplett neu gegründet. Wir lernen uns also alle neu kennen und starten in der neuen Wohnung gemeinsam. Zimmer haben bereits Natalja und Davey belegt. Natalja ist in der Endphase ihres Studiums und Davey ist Autor und Songwriter und Begründer einer Initiative für junge Sterbende. Wir trinken gerne Gin Tonic und Wein, Natalja raucht ab und an auf dem Balkon, in der Wohnung wird bei uns nicht geraucht. Wir haben einen kleinen WG - Hund, hundelieb solltest Du also auf jeden Fall sein. Die WG ist drogenfrei und wir wollen eine weltoffene, positive, von Respekt und Toleranz geprägte Atmosphäre. Wir werden hoffentlich auch oft gemeinsam feiern aber es wird keine Party-WG. Wir lieben Kunst, Design, Spirituality sowie Kultur und Kulturen.
The WG is completely new founded. So we all get to know each other and start together in the new apartment. Rooms have already occupied Natalja and Davey. Natalja is in the final stages of her studies and Davey is an author and songwriter and founder of an initiative for young dying people. We like to drink gin and tonic and wine, Natalja smokes from time to time on the balcony, we do not smoke in the apartment. We have a small dog, so you should be dog-loving in any case. The flat-sharing community is drug-free and we want a cosmopolitan, positive atmosphere characterized by respect and tolerance. Hopefully we will also party together often but it will not be a party shared flat at all times. We love art, design, spirituality as well as culture and cultures.
Falls Du Interesse und richtig Bock hast in unserer WG dabei zu sein, dann schreib doch bitte ein paar Zeilen und schicke im optimalsten Fall noch ein Social Media Profil mit. Wir werden max.2 Kandidaten pro Zimmer zur Besichtigung einladen. Davey ist zur Zeit noch in Hamburg, deshalb werden wir in der Woche vom 18.01. dann Besichtigungstermine machen.
Das Einzugsdatum ist relativ flexibel. Aber ab dem 01.02. ist die Wohnung komplett frei und kann bezogen werden.
If you are interested and really want to be in our WG, then please write a few lines and send in the best case still a social media profile. We will invite max.2 candidates per room for viewing. Davey is currently still in Hamburg, so we will make in the week of 18.01. then viewing appointments.
The move-in date is relatively flexible. But from 01.02. the apartment is completely free and can be moved into.
