Das freie Zimmer ist sehr hell und circa 25 qm groß, mit Erker. Die Wohnung befindet sich in Charlottenburg in exklusiver, ruhiger Lage. Anbindung mit Bus ist sehr gut und auch mit dem Rad nahe der Stationen Heidelberger Platz und Hohenzollerndamm ( 8min). Direkt am Grunewald mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Aldi, Edeka, dm und Rossmann direkt um die Ecke. Miete ab sofort möglich. (850 Euro WARMMIETE ALLES INBEGRIFFEN auch Wlan/ GEZ).
Ich selbst bin 35 Jahre alt und unterrichte Kunst an einer Gesamtschule. Ich bin unkompliziert und habe bisher immer wieder, vor allem während des Studiums, in WGs gelebt.
