Für alle auf Zwischenstopp in Berlin,
wir wollen in unserer Elternzeit etwas Reisen und vermieten deshalb unsere schöne Wohnung in Friedenau für ein paar Wochen. Die genaue Dauer kann abgesprochen werden.
Die Wohnung ist teilmöbliert. Alles Grundlegende (Bett, Tisch, Stühle, Küche, Küchengeräte, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, etc.) ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt. Rauchen ist in der Wohnung nicht gestattet.
Meldet euch gern, wenn ihr Fragen habt und bitte nur, wenn ihr alle Unterlagen vorweisen könnt (Gehaltsnachweise, Schufa (request now) , Mietschuldenfreistellung/Bürgschaft, Ausweiskopie).

Dear all,
We would like to use maternaty leave to travel some. That is why we rent our beaufifull apartement for some weeks. Exact time can be negociated but preferably covers the whole period. The aptm. is party furnished. All basics are included: bed, tables, chairs, kitchen and equipement, couch, bed, desk, drawer, etc.). Animals are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted in the aptm.
Dont hesitate to ask and write us and please only write if u have all necesary documents (salary, Schufa (request now) , Mietschuldenfreistellung/Bürgschaft, copy of passport).

Hola todos,
subalquilamos nuestro aptm para unos meses para viajar un par de semanas. Esta partialmente amoblado pero realmente tiene todo lo que se necesita: Camas, Cocina equipada, baño equipado, balcon, etc.
No se puede fumar en el aptm ni tener animales domesticos. Escriben si tienen interes y si necesitan mas informacion y fotos.
