Room for rent at our lovely apartment.
The room is c.a 9.2 sqm, bright and with view to the balcony and backyard.
This might sound like a small room, however the flat lives from its big living room and kitchen.
The flat has 75 square meter, and it is based on two bedroom (one of them mine), a large bathroom, a second small guest bathroom, a large living room, separate kitchen, and a beautiful and spacy balcony.
The flat is shared with Anika, the sweetest person in the World.
I am leaving the flat since I got a job outside Berlin, otherwise won´t even think about leaving this beautiful place.
Ideally we are looking for someone in her/him late 20s - early 30s with a stable income.
Some of the furnitures in the room are mine and I am willing to sell them for a reasonable price (to be discussed in person). Please write "cake" on your message to know you read all the post.
If you are a match, please have prepared a copy of your Passport + Schufa (request now) + 3 last payrolls, since would be requested by the owner.
Anmeldung is of course possible and the contract is for at least one year (possible to be discussed)
The flat is located close to the S Bahnhof Bundesplatz (7min walk) and U Bahnhof Friedrich-Wilhelm Platz (2min walk).
Therefore, the U9 will bring you within 10-15min to Zoologischer Garten where one can catch also regional trains. Being close to Bundesplatz is also grest, as one has the Ringbahn close by as wel as dieect S-Bahn connection to the BER airport.
We have a supermarket in the same house, which is great if you need aometjing spontaneously.
Also not far from us is the Schlossstraße, where you can find almost every store to buy clothes or whatever you need.
The flat lives from its big shared room. The living room is basically the centre of the flat from which the bathrooms and bedrooms go away.
You would share the beautiful place together with Anika. She is currently doing her PhD in biochemistry and is working either in Dahlem at the FU or in Potsdam at the PU and Max Planck Insititute.
As she is finishing soon, she is going to spend quite some timr at work the next months.
In her free time she loves to listen to various kinds of music, likes watching movies and series, reading books or meeting friends. Also she loves to bake cakes.
