Hi you loved ones,
we rent a WG room in beautiful Boxhagener-Kiez in Friedrichshain, Berlin. The room is 14sqm tall and unfurnished (currently there are still furniture in the room that can be seen on the photos - but they come out). Since our roommate is collaborating with his girlfriend, the room would now be permanently rented.
It is a modernized old building with stucco on the ceiling and beautiful halls. The house now has an elevator.
We are a 4-bedroom in an apartment with a total of 114sqm, large bathroom with shower and bathtub and separate toilet. The kitchen is spacious and offers everything you need to cook, make coffee etc.
There is a dishwasher and washing machine. Internet connection is available (250.000 lines).
The apartment is in good condition (even all rooms are freshly painted).
We have been living here with change for a total of 12 years and still feel good.

wir vermieten ein WG-Zimmer im schönen Boxhagener-Kiez in Friedrichshain, Berlin. Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß und unmöbliert (derzeit stehen noch Möbel im Zimmer, die auf den Fotos zu sehen sind - aber die kommen raus). Da unser Mitbewohner mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht, wäre das Zimmer nun unbefristet zu mieten.
Es handelt sich um einen modernisierten Altbau mit Stuck an der Decke und schönen Dielenböden. Das Haus hat mittlerweile einen Fahrstuhl.
Wir sind eine 4-er WG in einer Wohnung mit insgesamt 114qm, großem Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und separatem WC. Die Küche ist geräumig und bietet alles, was ihr zum kochen, Kaffee machen etc. braucht.
Es gibt einen Geschirrspüler und einen Waschmaschine. Internetanschluss ist vorhanden (250.000er Leitung).
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt im guten Zustand (gerade alle Räume frisch gestrichen).
Wir wohnen mit Wechseln seit insgesamt 12 Jahren hier und fühlen uns immer noch pudelwohl.
The Boxhagener-Kiez might already be known to one or the other. It is a pretty beautiful and lively corner of Berlin.
Local transport connection is excellent. The tram is right around the corner (2 min). The S-Bahn stations Ostkreuz and Warsawer Straße as well as the Frankfurter Allee Metro Station are within walking distance.
Shops are available in abundance (Aldi, REWE, DM, Rossmann, Denns etc.) Bars, restaurants, snacks and other shops are not lacking. In addition, great weekly and flea markets take place directly in our gravel every weekend.
If you want to go to the green, you don't have to drive long. By bike it is 10 minutes to the Volkspark Friedrichshain and Treptower Park. Smaller green areas are located right around the corner.
Der Boxhagener-Kiez dürfte der einen oder dem anderen vielleicht schon bekannt sein. Es ist eine ziemlich schöne und lebendige Ecke von Berlin.
Nahverkehr-Anbindung ist hervorragend. Die Straßenbahn ist direkt um die Ecke (2 min). Die S-Bahnhöfe Ostkreuz und Warschauer Straße sowie der U-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Fülle vorhanden (Aldi, REWE, DM, Rossmann, Denns etc.) Auch an Bars, Restaurants, Imbissen und sonstigen Geschäften mangelt es hier nicht. Außerdem finden direkt in unserem Kiez jedes Wochenende tolle Wochen- und Flohmärkte statt.
Wer ins Grüne möchte, muss auch nicht lange fahren. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 10 Minuten bis zum Volkspark Friedrichshain und Treptower Park. Kleinere Grünanlagen gibt es direkt um die Ecke.
We are three good and long-term friends who care for a very relaxed and family relationship. One of us works in the home office in the field of development cooperation. The other two are currently writing their master's thesis and are just before the start of the career - both in psychology.
We are all very active people who do a lot and also like to cook together or go out together.
Even if we like to celebrate, the WG itself is a safe space for us rather than a place for excessive drug use and loud parties. We attach great importance to respectful and careful coexistence (e.g. night rest, cleanliness, communication, etc.).
We are very close to justice and the environment. We are a vegetarian/vegan WG, i.e. meat is not desired in the apartment. We hope that's all right for you - and look forward to hearing from you! :)
Wir sind drei gute und langjährige Freunde, die ein sehr entspanntes und familiäres Miteinander pflegen. Einer von uns arbeitet im Home-Office im Bereich Entwicklungszusammenarbeit. Die anderen beiden schreiben aktuell ihre Masterarbeit und sind kurz vor dem Berufseinstieg - beide in Psychologie.
Wir sind alle sehr aktive Menschen, die viel unternehmen und auch gerne mal zusammen kochen oder gemeinsam ausgehen.
Auch wenn wir durchaus gerne feiern, ist die WG selber für uns eher ein Safe Space und kein Ort für exzessiven Drogenkonsum und laute Parties. Wir legen viel Wert auf ein respektvolles und achtsames Miteinander (z.B. Nachtruhe, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation etc.).
Uns liegen Gerechtigkeits- und Umwelt-Themen sehr am Herzen. Wir sind eine vegetarisch/vegane WG, d.h. Fleisch ist in der Wohnung nicht erwünscht. Wir hoffen, das ist für dich in Ordnung - und freuen uns, von Dir zu hören! :)
