Are you our new WG mate?
We are Zac (33 yo) From Australia 🦘, Nameer (26 yo) from Iraq 🇮🇶 and Amr (24 yo) from Syria 🌄.
we are looking for a calm female to save us from ending up in a "boys WG" after our beloved roommate Judy moves out!
The flat is in the heart of Fhain, around 3 mins walk from Boxhagener Platz and everything can be found within walking distance (bars, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacy, etc..) And it has two Bathrooms!
The room is around 16-18 m2 and will be unfurnished (with the possibility of a small closet that can stay in the room if interested). The rent is 472,5 cold since we are changing some gas and electricity bills it can come up to 530-550 warm with internet. Anmeldung is possible and the room is available from the 5th of October (possibly also from the 1st of October)
