Hello there,
me (german, female) move out of this beautiful WG in Fhain. This is what we're offering:
The flat is quite big: in the middle of the flat we have a big living room where we now and then spent time together (dinner, pre-drinks, watching movies). Sometimes we cook together, but it's also cool for everyone to cook their own stuff. Generally it's very up to you: very chilled atmosphere, no must to hang-out but of course also appreciated. The highlight of the flat is it's enormous balcony. You can see the Alex from it. It's awesome in the summer and for a Silvester party.
The room comes fully furnished (bed, mattress, sofa, side table, mirror, carpet) from the landlords. The wardrobe and shelf should be taken over by you from me. I'll keep the desk and desk chair. The room will be handed over with the green wall (if you want to paint it, you can do that).
Our kitchen is fully equipped: we have a dish washer, microwave, oven and big fridge with freezer. The bathroom has a bathtub, and washing machine.
The flat is located in Friedrichshain, Karl-Marx-Allee and the nearest u-bahn station is Weberwiese (5min away).
Generally everything is very close: Rossmann (other side of street), Edeka (other side of street), or Späti (2 min). Also to the Boxi it takes around 15min walk.
My flat mate is Irish, 29 and works as a data scientist. He is very chilled, loves tea, plays piano (self teached) and good music. My second flat mate moves with me out on the first of April. We already found a successor. He (the successor) is Italien, 27 and works in as engineer in an aerospace start-up. He does a lot of sports and is a foodie.
Both are very cool and chilled. I always felt very good and welcomed. The language in the WG is english.
As I am on a business trip from Tuesday on, it would be awesome if you could come for a flat visit today, Sunday 09.03, or Monday 10.03. Let us/me know in your application which/if the dates and times would suit you best.
Please write in your application a bit about yourself: age, job, what you do in your free-time, why you are in/move to Berlin, etc.
From our landlords we have the following restrictions, so please don't apply if you don't fulfil these criteria (because they are deal breakers):
- You need to have Schufa (request now)
- You need to provide a proof of income (last three months and/or working contract copy).
- It's a shared flat for professionals (so no students unfortunately).
- Also the room is for one person only, no sharing
- When it comes to the contract signature the landlord want to see a Meldebestätigung / proof of identification
Our landlord allows us to select the new landlord, if you fulfil all the requirements.
