Das Beste daran ist, dass es direkt Zugang zum Balkon hat. Das bedeutet, du kannst einfach rausgehen, wann immer du willst, und frische Luft schnappen oder einfach den Ausblick genießen. Die Decken sind ziemlich hoch, was dem Raum ein offenes Gefühl verleiht.

The room becoming available is pretty spacious, about 22 square meters, and it's got these big windows that let in a lot of light. It comes partially furnished with a bed and a wardrobe. The coolest thing is it's got direct access to the balcony. That means you can just step out whenever you want, get some fresh air, or just enjoy the view. The ceilings are pretty high, which gives the room an open feel.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, perfekt zum Entspannen nach einem langen Tag. Die S-Bahn-Station Frankfurter Allee ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, was den Zugang zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr wirklich bequem macht. Wenn du etwas zu essen brauchst, bist du in nur 5 Minuten bei Edeka und in 10 Minuten bei Lidl, Rewe und Kaufland – also alles in der Nähe für deine Einkäufe. Außerdem gibt es direkt nebenan einen Späti, falls du mal spontan etwas brauchst. Und wenn du mal keine Lust zum Kochen hast, gibt es auch einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe, die du leicht erreichen kannst.

The S-Bahn station Frankfurter Allee is less than a 10-minute walk away, making public transportation access really convenient. If you need to grab some groceries, Edeka is just a 5-minute walk away, with Lidl, Rewe, and Kaufland reachable within 10 minutes – so everything you need is close by for your shopping. Additionally, there's a convenience store right next door in case you need something on the fly. And if you don't feel like cooking, there are also some great restaurants nearby that you can easily reach.
