This charming room features a large double window and double door opening to a small French balcony. It boasts a beautiful wooden floor, high white walls, and is furnished with:
A bed
A convertible couch (can be used as a bed)
A cupboard
A desk
A chair

Additional small items
The room is bright and airy, with curtains available to darken it. Mornings on the balcony are delightful. There are many plugs and I happily leave you multiple sockets. We have WLAN but there is also a cable if you needed it. There is a rpinter in the hall and a shelves for your shoes and clothes. The bathroom, renovated in 2017, showcases a lovely mosaic. The kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped (cutlery, cleaning products, etc.), and we have brand new appliances: a washing machine, fridge, and dishwasher. There is room in the bathroom for your things. You won’t need to bring anything extra!
Perfectly located near Boxhagener Platz, Treptower Park, the River Spree, clubs, bars, and supermarkets, this is the ideal place for a summer in Berlin. From my balcony, you can see Lidl, and Tucker, a chic breakfast spot, is right across the street. Sisyphos is less than 20 minutes by tram, and Berghain is a 20-minute walk. There are plenty of Urban Sports Club venues around. The tram stop is right in front of the house, and Ostkreuz station is an 8-minute walk away. Central Station is about 30 minutes by train, and Kreuzberg is just 20 minutes away. Everything is easily accessible by bike.
Jack, your potential flatmate, is from America and works as a freelance IT professional. He enjoys sports, music, and cooking. Jack is a quiet and considerate person, looking for a like-minded flatmate who values a peaceful living environment. While we occasionally cook together, we generally respect each other's space and routines. We make all household decisions together and follow a cleaning schedule, with each of us taking turns every two weeks.
If the timing isn't perfect, I'm happy to discuss adjusting the dates. I can also provide additional items, such as my old bicycle.
To rent the room, you will need liability insurance (standard in Germany), a Schufa (request now) statement, a Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung, and proof of income. If you don't have these documents at the moment, we can discuss possible solutions. Some form of security would be appreciated. I am happy to provide further picture upon request.
I also be happy to discuss things like the usage of my old bike and so on. I would be happy to support you with a great time in Berlin.
