-Balkon/terrace with large doors that lead to the flattering living/dining area
-Additional living/TV/guest room
-2 fully equipped bathroom with Japanese toilets (oh yes!) and rain showers (one with an additional bathtub)
-kitchen with first-class devices
-Air conditioning and darkening roller blinds in all rooms
The sunny room itself (14sqm) has 2 windows that can be completely darkened. It is quietly located to the backyard. Both windows and doors and walls are well insulated. It is fully furnished (as can be seen in the pictures): large double bed, wardrobe, electrically height adjustable desk incl. Lathe and 2 shelves in a hidden niche behind the door. Bed linen, towels etc. are provided by us. - So you can move in immediately;)

Das freie Zimmer befindet sich in einer nagelneuen Wohnung im 5. Stock eines renovierten Altbaus mit Aufzug. Die Wohnung ist absolut luxuriös:
-Balkon/Terrasse mit großen Türen, die zum ebenerdigen Wohn-/Essbereich führen
-Zusätzliches Wohn-/TV-/Gästezimmer
-2 voll ausgestattete Badezimmer mit japanischen Toiletten (oh yes!) und Regenduschen (eines davon mit einer zusätzlichen Badewanne)
-Küche mit erstklassigen Geräten
-Klimaanlage und Verdunkelungsrollos in allen Zimmern
Das sonnige Zimmer selbst (14qm) hat 2 Fenster, die jeweils komplett verdunkelt werden können. Es ist ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen. Sowohl Fenster als auch Türen und Wände sind SEHR gut isoliert. Es ist komplett möbliert (wie auf den Bildern zu sehen): großes Doppelbett, Kleiderschrank, elektrisch höhenverstellbarer Schreibtisch inkl. Drehstuhl und 2 Regale in einer versteckten Nische hinter der Tür. Bettzeug, Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. werden von uns gestellt. - Du kannst also sofort einziehen ;)

Scharnweberstr. in Friedrichshain - in nur 5 Minuten ist man an der Ringbahn / U5 (Frankfurter Allee), direkt an der Tram (M13) und auch am Fahrradweg. Der Kiez ist perfekt gelegen zwischen Boxi und Samariterkiez. Die Dichte an Bars, Restaurants und Eisdielen ist sehr hoch und zeichnet sich auch durch hohe Qualität aus :)

Scharnweberstr. in Friedrichshain - in only 5 minutes you are at the Ringbahn / U5 (Frankfurter Allee), directly at the Tram (M13) and also at the bicycle lane. The neighborhood is perfectly located between Boxi and Samariterkiez. The density of bars, restaurants and ice cream parlors is very high and also characterized by high quality! :)

Jess works for an NGO, likes to go out and loves her team Borussia Dortmund. It is either on the bike or on the go, but it also likes to take a break for a delicious ice cream. If you are interested in any other niche sports, she is the right partner for you!
