Hey guys, my name is Stan and I need to sublet my room as I go back to France for a little while.
Since a year I´m living with Nuria ( from Spain ) and Francisco ( from Portugal ). We are all mates who like to cook together or share a bottle of wine from time to time.
My room is facing the garden so it's really quiet. You will have a bed (140 cm), a little sofa, a desk, shelves etc.. the only thing which will stay in the room are my books and few clothes.
The flat is located in Fridrichshain ( Samariterviertel ), an area which is full of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, parks and whatever you might be looking for.
Tram stations are literally around the corner. You have the M5 and M6 which reach to Alexanderplatz, the M10 reachs to Warschauer Straße and Landserber Allee S-Bahn is also not very far. You will be well located ;)
If you like to live in a peaceful atmosphere, with 2 amazing flatmates, then this room is yours !
The rent for the whole period is 760€ ( from the 3rd of february until the 28th of february -> 370 + from the 1st of march until the 31st -> 390 ). Deposit is 150€.
One important thing to add : we already had some bad experiences with people who stayed for short term.
So I want to make clear that this is not a party flat or an hotel. We expect you to treat this sharing living with respect ... anyway there are enough bars and clubs where you have all the freedom to get crazy.
