There is one spacious bright room for you to rent at the Frankfurter Allee – 28sqm in total. The room has two big windows, a wooden floor and faces the quieter backyard. Your room will be rented unfurnished ( unless you wanna keep the built-in bed).
There are the common shared living-room, bathroom and kitchen for your use. The living-room has access to the balcony where smoking is allowed. It’s facing the main street Frankfurter Allee, so it’s quite noisy.
You can’t beat the location in the city – everything you need is in walking distance 5 to 10 minutes: public transport, night life, supermarkets etc.
WG – life: your future flat mates are two fabulous ladies between 28 and 32. Fanny is from France and works as a chef and Elise is from Germany and works as a social worker. We enjoy meals and a glass of wine together from time to time depending on our rotas but we are open to join whenever it’s possible. We try to find a balance between privacy – which we respect! - and times spent together. So you should be okay with both. But much more important is to meet you – we don’t care about where you’re from, your sexual orientation or religious/political background as long as you don’t vote AFD or consider a right-wing view on life, so no Nazis please. We speak English and German fluent.
We are looking for someone who is working, preferably on a permanent contract and who has all the documents ready to conclude a new contract starting in February 2019 with us as the third main tenant: Schufa (request now) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung (saying you’re not in debt with your last landlord), last 3 pay checks and a copy of your passport. We would like a person to move in with us who is between 28 and 35, not a party animal as this is not a party flat, who is open-minded, easy-going and knows what it means to share common spaces aka cleaning shouldn’t be a huge deal for you. No couples allowed, sorry. No pets as we already have a cat, so you shouldn’t be allergic; smoking only in the kitchen or on the balcony.
