Das Zimmer ist schön geschnitten. Es ist hell und hat einen direkten Zugang zur Terrasse. Auf den Fotos ist das derzeitige Zimmer zu sehen. Es wird sich an den Möbeln und der Einrichtung noch ein wenig etwas ändern, das Zimmer wird aber trotzdem voll möbliert angeboten. Wir können dann natürlich gerne nochmal individuell abstimmen, was dir wichtig bzw. notwendig wäre. Das Zimmer liegt direkt neben dem Badezimmer. Meine Zimmer liegen im Westflügel der Wohnung. Privatsphäre ist hier (in der Wohnung) daher wirklich gut gegeben. Man könnte fast sagen, dass jeder seinen eigenen kleinen Bereich hat. Man kann das auch ganz gut am Grundriss sehen. Die Wohnung ist wirklich schön geschnitten und man geht sich hier definitiv nicht schnell auf die Nerven. Wir teilen uns Flur, Wohnküche, Bad und Terrasse. Das hat bisher auch immer gut geklappt. Das Zimmer kostet warm 650 Euro. 150 Euro kommen für die komplette Möblierung (dein Zimmer und alle anderen Bereiche), TV/Internet, Reinigung der Gemeinschaftsräume sowie Versicherungen hinzu. Das Zimmer ist frühestens ab dem 15.3 (besser noch 1.4) zu beziehen. Ich könnte mir vorerst eine Befristung vorstellen, in dem wir beide auch nochmal schauen können, ob es passt. :-)

I have one room from earliest 15th of March (better maybe from 1st of April) in a big flat available with a fully equipped kitchen and a roof terrace. The room is located in one area of the apartment and has an own entrance to the terrace. I will be living in the same apartment but lets say my area is located on the other side of the apartment. So, privacy is well given here.
The price for the room including all costs (rent, insurances, landphone, TV, internet, cleaning of the shared spaces) is 800 Euro. For now I would like to rent the room short-term for one year. If it fits very good and nothing changes, we can for sure talk about an extension.

Wir wohnen im schönen Nordkiez Friedrichshains. Die Ringbahn ist innerhalb von 7 Minuten zu erreichen. S-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee sowie Storkower Straße sind also fußläufig zu erreichen. Der U-Bahnhof Samariterstr. ist ebenfalls innerhalb von 8 bis 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Lage ist also wirklich gut. Des Weiteren kann man die Straßenbahnlinie 21 innerhalb von 4 Minuten erreichen.
The train station Frankfurter Allee and Storkower Strasse can be reached in less than 10 minutes. There is a tram station only 4 minutes away. Supermarkets, restaurants and so on are very close. Ring Center 1 and 2 are 10 minutes away and there are also several gyms and parks in the near.
Das WG Leben stelle ich mir grundsätzlich erst einmal entspannt vor. Ich habe viel zu tun, freue mich aber trotzdem manchmal abends zusammen etwas zu kochen oder ein Glas Rotwein gemeinsam zu trinken. Alles so, wie es eben für beide passt. :-)
Nothing is better than living together in a easy-going way. I am pretty busy, but also like to drink a glas of wine or enjoy cooking in case it spontaneously fits. :-)
Gerne eine Nachricht hinterlassen und Termine, an denen ihr Zeit habt, Euch die Wohnung anzuschauen. Der Mieter sollte die üblichen Unterlagen zur Besichtigung vorzeigen können. Ansonsten gerne erst einmal per Mail Kontakt aufnehmen.
