Zusätzlich wird außerhalb des Zimmers eine Abstellkammer mit Kleiderstange und Regal für sonstige Kleinigkeiten mit vermietet.
Das Zimmer geht zum Innenhof raus und ist dementsprechend ruhig.

Bis zum Volkspark Friedrichshain sind es nur zwei Straßenbahnhaltestellen.
Frankfurter Tor (U5, M10, 21) is reachable within 5 to 10 minutes by foot.
Storkower Straße (Ring, S8, S85) in close to 15 minutes.
In close vicinity there is an Edeka and a Denn's.
The Trams M10 and 21 have stops very close to our flat.
The Volkspark Friedrichshain is reachable within 2 Tram stops.

Wir sind keine Zweck WG, ruhig, legen Wert auf Ordnung, Sauberkeit und haben einen Putzplan. Unser Schnapps und unsere Putzchemikalien teilen sich ein Schrankfach.
Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug renoviert und ist dementsprechend neu eingerichtet.
Wir teilen uns eine helle, große Küche, die stetig sauber gehalten wird und für (gemeinsames) Abendessen genutzt werden kann.
Da diese aber an eines unserer Zimmer grenzt, wird sie möglichst nicht als spätabendlicher Aufenthaltsort genutzt.
Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden.

The flat has been renovated before we moved in, so everything is modernly furnished.
We share a lavish kitchen, which is always to be kept clean and can be used for (joint) meals.
This kitchen is adjacent to one of our rooms, so it is not supposed to be (constantly) used as a recreation room.
A washing machine and a dishwasher are available inside the flat.
