Das Zimmer hat alles was man braucht - es ist voll möbliert mit Bett, Schreibtisch, Kommode, Regal, Kleiderschrank, Sofa. Auch der Rest der Wohnung ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet (Möbel, Küchenutensilien, etc.), sodass man theoretisch gar nichts mitnehmen bräuchte, wenn man nicht möchte.
Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Isoliert ist die komplette Wohnung ausgezeichnet, im Winter ist es trotz eisiger Temperaturen schön warm, im Sommer wird die Hitze sehr gut ausgeblockt.
ENGLISH:
The room has everything you need, it is fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser, shelf and closet, sofa. The rest of the apartment has everything as well (furniture, kitchen appliances, etc.), so you wouldn't even need to bring anything if you don't want to.
The room is spacious and cozy. The entire flat is insulated incredibly well: in the winter you don't even notice the icy temperatures and in the summer the heat stays outside, while you can relax in your room.
DEUTSCH:
Die Lage ist perfekt - direkt im wunderschönen und lebendigen Friedrichshain: Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (auch zum liefern! Super lecker!), Bars, Copyshops, etc. sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zu finden. Edeka, Lidl und dm sind in wenigen Fußminuten erreichbar, das berühmte Ring-Center in ca. 10 Fußminuten. Aber auch reizende Straßen und Parks zum schlendern und verweilen sind nicht weit.
Die Wohnung ist 3 Fußminuten von der U-Bahn Haltestelle Samariterstraße entfernt, an welcher dich die U5 durch ganz Berlin kutschieren kann (in ungefähr 15 Minuten ist man am Alexanderplatz!). Auch die Ringbahn ist innerhalb 9/10 Fußminuten super erreichbar (S Storkower Straße/S Frankfurter Allee). Die U-Bahn und Tram-Station Frankfurter Tor (Trams 21, M10) ist ca. 5 Fußminuten entfernt.

The location is perfect - you will live in the middle of beautiful and lively Friedrichshain: shopping and grocery possibilities, restaurants (as well as delicious delivery), bars, copyshops, etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Edeka, Lidl and dm are reached in few walking minutes, the famous Ring-Center is around 10 walking minutes away. Lovely streets and parks to stroll around and dwell in are not far either.
The flat is 3 walking minutes away from the U-Bahn station Samariterstraße, where the U5 will take you through Berlin (in about 15 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz!). The circle line (Ringbahn) is also not far, it can be reached in 9/10 walking minutes (S Storkower Straße/S Frankfurter Allee). The U-Bahn- and Tram-station Frankfurter Tor (Trams 21, M10) is about 5 walking minutes away.
DEUTSCH:
Es gibt keine in Stein gemeißelten Regelungen zum WG-Leben. Es ist aber eigentlich keine Zweck-WG, also mal kurz in der Küche quatschen oder einen Kaffee zusammen trinken, sollte drin sein!

There is no defined set of rules of living together in the WG. But since it is not really a Zweck-WG, briefly having a talk in the kitchen or having a coffee together will probably be one of your "duties" ;)
