Hi,
I am subletting my room for the entire month of January as I will be visiting my family outside of Berlin. My room is in a new apartment, so it is partially furnished with a bed, a study table, a chair, a closet and some storage shelves. The apartment also has all the basic furnitures. It is on the 4th floor, but there is a lift/elevator.
The apartment is located just 3 minutes walking distance from U Weberweise (U5 line). It is two stations away from the heart of Berlin - Alexanderplatz!
I share the apartment with another girl. We are both working women from India. The bathroom is shared. There is a kitchen and huge common dinning area. There is also a storage room. There is a balcony by the kitchen.
I am willing to negotiate a lower rent if you are on a tight budget. We do not have any restrictions on food/drinking/smoking.
Anmelding not possible.
SCHUFA (request now) is not required.
