Das Zimmer ist 22 qm groß (4x4,5), bietet also reichlich Platz. Zudem ist die Wohnung ein Altbau mit schönem Parkettboden. Es gibt zwei große, gut isolierte Fenster.

Das Zimmer sieht gerade sehr kaotisch aus, da ich am packen bin. Weitere Bilder mache ich noch morgen...

Die WG befindet sich zwischen den U-Bahn-Stationen Prinzenstraße und Hallesches Tor. Die Buslinien 241 und 248 sind auch ca. 7 Minuten entfernt erreichbar. Ein Supermarkt (Edeka) ist in 7 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar.

Du würdest mit einem Pärchen zusammenwohnen. Es gibt zwei junge Katzen im Haushalt. Gemeinsam genutzte Räume sind das Bad, die Küche und das Wohnzimmer. Es gibt auch einen Keller. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit einem Kühlschrank, einem elektrischen Herd und einer kleinen Spülmaschine. Einen Toaster gibt's auch :)

Hallo!

Ich ziehe aus Deutschland aus und entsprechend auch aus meiner 3er-WG und suche einen Nachmieter. Die Vermietung ist befristet auf 3 Monate. Einige Möbelstücke müssen vom Nachmieter für VB 1.500 € übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete beträgt 675 €, und die Kaution ist auf 1.450 € festgesetzt. Eine Anmeldung ist nicht möglich.
