Da ich im Urlaub bin, vermiete ich mein WG-Zimmer in Kreuzberg für Anfang September. Das Zimmer ist groß mit einem Fenster zum Innenhof, minimalistischer Einrichtung und somit Platz zum Ausbreiten. Ich werde das Bett natürlich neu beziehen und versuchen soviel wie möglich von mir wegzuräumen. Du teilst dir die Küche und das Bad (mit Badwanne) mit meiner holländischen Mitbewohnerin (spricht auch Deutsch+Englisch)
I am leaving for holidays for a few days and am considering renting out my room in a flat-share in Kreuzberg.
The room is big with a window to the backyard, a minimalist interiour and space for you to breath. I will of course change bed sheets and try to put as much away as possible.
There is a shared kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub. My Dutch roommate will be around while you stay as well, so you will meet her around sometimes.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in Kreuzberg, nahe des Bergmannkiezes und an einer Parallelstraße zum Landwehrkanal, trotzdem schön ruhig in einer angenehmen Wohngegend. In der Nähe ist das Hotel Johann, bei dem man sich ein Fahrrad ausleihen kann.
Der Bus M41 (Hauptbahnhof - Potsdamer Platz - Neukölln) hält 200m entfernt, und die U-Bahnlinien U1/U3, U6, und U7 sind alle in Laufnähe in ungefähr 7 Minuten erreichbar.
Das am nächsten gelegen Kiez ist das Bergmannkiez, ungefähr 12 Minuten entfernt, mit vielen schönen Läden, Restaurants und Bars, und dem Flohmarkt bei der Marheineke Markthalle am Wochenende.
The flat is located in a quiet street in Kreuzberg close to Bergmannkiez and just one street away from Landwehrkanal. Hotel Johann is closeby where you can rent a bicycle. With bus line M41 (Central Station - Potsdamer Bahnhof - Neuköllln) and surrounded by subway lines U1/U3, U6 and U7 all in walking distance, it is perfect to explore.
The closest Kiez is Bergmannkiez (12 minutes walking distance) with lots of shops, restaurants, bars and the fleamarket at Marheineke market hall at the weekend.
