**SHORT TERM! From December 3rd 2020 to January 13th 2021*
For family reasons I need to be away and I'm renting my cozy room in Kreuzberg for one and a half month. The rent is 460€ for Dezember + 200€ for the days in January (Total rent: 660€) with all included. I'm only renting for the whole period so please read the add carefully.
The flat is around 120m2 divided in 2 floors. Downstairs you will find the kitchen, living room, a small bathroom and the balcony. Our rooms are upstairs where there is a bathroom with shower and bathtube. We also have a common roof top, which the whole building can use. If it's not that cold for you, you can enjoy yourself there. There's a lift on the house, which made every thing pretty easy, speacilly if you have heavy luggages.
My room is around 15m2 and it's pretty light because of the wide windows. One of the cool things about my room is that it has it's own entrance, so you can use it whenerever you want. Only you would have access to this entrance.
I have a lot of plants so I'm willing to rent my room to someone who can take care of them in this one and half month. I'm also looking for someone responsable, clean and quiet, the famous jack-pots...
We can only rent to ONE person. Animals are not allowed cause one of my flatmate has an allergy.
The flat is located in the Admiralstr. in Kottie close to the famous Admiralsbrücke. Where we live, we don't hear almost anything from the gatherings there, so its a really nice and quiet place. There is a really nice and friendly cooperative market shopt almost in front of our house, as well as many restaurants, spätis and so on (if they are going to be open in December due Corona is another question...).
The flat is only 3 minutes away from the U Kottbusser Tor (U1, U3, U8) as well as many other busses. The U Südstern (U7) is only 10 minutes away. From here you can get pretty quickly everywhere in the city and can enjoy yourself in this lively neighbourhood.
We are 3 people in the WG. We are all work and are pretty reserved and calm.
Salam is 45, Syrian, is a musician and also works with film animation. Oliver is 59, German, works in sustainable business and was part of the collective who build the house in the middle 80's. Salam works from home, so he'll be a lot here while you're living in this flat. Both are pretty nice and reserved and sometimes we enjoy ourselves in the balcony with a glass of wine and a cigarette. Smoking is only in the balcony allowed.
You can use the whole facilities of the flat, of course (just saying cause there are some weird adds where people dont let their tenants have access to it, which is pretty absurd). There is a washing maschine of common use in the basement, where you can need coins to use it. In case you want to use that, I'll ask for a small deposit so I can get those coins for you (0,50€ pro coin/40 minutes use). There is a person who comes once a week to clean the common areas of the flat, so that's already included in the rent price. If you have a bike, there is a bike cellar for that.
The building is a familly house so it's a quiet house. No partys or events are allowed here.
