Auf dich wartet ein gemütliches 13 Quadratmeter-Zimmer zur Südseite, möbliert mit Bett, Kleiderstange, Schreibtisch etc. (vollmöbliert). Wir leben in einer sehr schönen und hellen, sanierten Altbauwohnung mit Holzdielen im Herzen Kreuzbergs. Wir müssen leider bald ausziehen und suchen etwas neues, daher nur die kurze Mietdauer von knapp einem Monat, die sich ggf. auch verlängert, je nachdem wann wir eine neue Wohnung finden.

We live in a very nice and bright, renovated old building apartment with wooden floorboards in the heart of Kreuzberg. Unfortunately we have to move out soon and are looking for something new, therefore only the short rental period of just under a month, which may also be extended depending on when we find a new apartment

Wir drei sind berufstätig und bevorzugen ein entspanntes, ruhiges und rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben (ohne WG-Partys bei uns und auch ohne drinnen Rauchen). Da wir bald leider aus der WG rausmüssen und in einer festen Kombi etwas suchen, wollen wir den Übergang möglichst entspannt gestalten. Ein Späti-Bier ist aber sicherlich mal drin ;)! We three are working and prefer a relaxed, calm and respectful living together (without WG-Parties at our place and without smoking inside). Because we have to leave this flat soon and we are looking for a flat together with a fixed group of friends, we would like to do the transfer to a new flat as smooth as possible. However, a Späti-Bier is always possible! ;). Pendlers are also welcome!
