Hello and warm greetings! I'm on the lookout for a long-term female flatmate (non-smoking) to join me starting from March 1st. Imagine a cosy room of 11.3 square meters that overlooks a calm garden furnished to bring comfort and style into your everyday life. It comes with a spacious wardrobe, a chic vanity, a bedside table, a comfortable bed measuring 1.40x2.00m, lamps, and curtains to make the space truly your own. The only things you'll need to bring are your mattress, bedding and towels.

Our shared spaces include a comfortable, modern kitchen with a dining area that seats five and a clean, modern bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment itself is a beautifully maintained Altbau, boasting wooden floors, high ceilings, and large windows that let in plenty of light. The rent is set at 570€ per month, including utilities like heating, electricity and Wifi, with a security deposit of 1000€. If there are any extra utility costs at the end of the year, we'll split them fairly.

You'll find our home in a tranquil part of Lichtenberg, a mere 5-minute walk from the Lichtenberg S/U-Bahn and regional train stations, offering super easy access to trams and buses. Alexanderplatz is just a 13-minute ride away. Nearby, a 3-minute walk takes you to the closest supermarket, and there's an Edeka near the Lichtenberg S-Bahn station that's open even on Sundays.

You'll be sharing the apartment with me, a 38-year-old from Tokyo, and my beloved cat, Lilith. It's important that you're a cat lover, ready to embrace the peaceful presence of Lilith.
