Hallo,
da ich eine Überschneidung mit meinem neuen Mietvertrag habe, vermiete ich mein altes Zimmer nun noch für den April unter. Es liegt an der Kreuzung Storkower Str./Möllendorffstr., ist also an den Ring angebunden und mit der M13/M8/21 kommt man gut in den Friedrichshain und Prenzlauer Berg.
Mietzeit geht nur bis zum 26., da ich noch streichen muss vor der Übergabe am 28.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Bett, Tisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Regal. Ansonsten ist alles weitgehend leer, also keine Deko etc., da ich am 1.4. ausziehe.
Es ist nichts außergewöhnliches, aber man hat alles, was man braucht.
Mir wäre es wichtig, dich einmal kurz persönlich kennen zu lernen (zur Not am Telefon, wäre aber besser, wenn du kurz vorbei kommen könntest), also melde dich einfach und schreib bitte dazu wer du bist, was du machst, wieso du eine Zwischenmiete brauchst und dass du diesen letzten Satz gelesen hast ;)
