- direct access to the sunny balcony
- bright and spacious room

- bathroom with bathtub
Die Wohnung liegt in der Guntherstraße, vor der Tür fährt die M21 und zum S-/U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg sind es nur 8 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermärkte, Apotheke etc. sind schnell zu erreichen und im Bahnhof gibt es auch sonntags eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (EDEKA, Rossmann etc.).

The flat is located in Guntherstraße, the M21 stops right around the corner and it's only an 8 minute walk to the S-/U-Bahn train station Lichtenberg. There are plenty of supermarkets, pharmacies etc. nearby and the shops in the train station are even open on Sundays (EDEKA, Rossmann etc.)
Unser WG-Leben war immer sehr entspannt, allerdings auch keine reine Zweck-WG. Wenn es passt, kann man auch mal ein Bierchen zusammen trinken, aber alles kann, nichts muss.

Living here has always been very relaxed, we don't expect any fixed activities, but drinking a beer and having a chat was really nice every once in a while.
Im Zimmer stehen derzeit noch ein paar Stühle und ein Sofa, die ich gerne drin lassen möchte, weil ich dafür keine Verwendung mehr habe.
Bei Interesse meldet euch gerne, es wird am kommenden Wochenende einzelne Besichtigungstermine geben. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten!
