The flat is located Paul-Zobel-Str 8, in a recent building. The room is about 15m2 with a large shared balcony.
There is also a big and clean cellar as well as a bike garage.
Oh and we have a good internet connection (that is worth mentioning for Berlin...)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Paul-Zobel-Str 8 in einem neueren Gebäude. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß und verfügt über einen großen Gemeinschaftsbalkon.
Es gibt auch einen großen und sauberen Keller sowie eine Fahrradgarage.
Oh und wir haben eine gute Internetverbindung (das ist für Berlin erwähnenswert ...)
The location is pretty good as it's really close to Friedrichshain (15 minutes walking, or 5 minutes with tram or bike), and there is a direct Tram to Mitte / Prenzlauer Berg which goes there in 15 minutes)

Die Lage ist ziemlich gut, da es in der Nähe von Friedrichshain liegt (15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn oder dem Fahrrad), und es gibt eine direkte Straßenbahn nach Mitte / Prenzlauer Berg, die in 15 Minuten dorthin fährt.

My current flatmate (Jaime) is moving out from November 1st and I am therefore looking for a new flatmate. My ideal flatshare life would be "uncomplicated": to live with someone with whom I can trust, share the same values, and respect each other. Of course, I would love to do common activities with that person, but it doesn't need to feel mandatory.
Despite my will for untidiness, I'm afraid I am quite a clean person, so you would ideally not be too messy as well.

Mein ideales Flatshare-Leben wäre "unkompliziert": mit jemandem zusammenleben, dem ich vertrauen kann, die gleichen Werte teilen und einander respektieren. Natürlich würde ich gerne gemeinsame Aktivitäten mit dieser Person machen, aber es muss sich nicht obligatorisch anfühlen.
