ab dem 15.03.20 wird bei uns ein unmöbliertes Zimmer frei. Das Zimmer hat seine Fenster zum Innenhof und ist somit das ruhigste Zimmer in der Wg.
Hi all,
In our apartment will be free one unfurnitured room at 15.03.20. This room is small, but really comfortable and quiet. It has a window, that looks inside the nice garden.
Die WG ist mit einer kleinen aber feinen Küche ausgestattet und ein Bad mit Dusche, Waschmaschine ... .
Von der WG ist man innerhalb von 3-5min am Lichtenberg Bahnhof und hat anschluss zu S-Bahn, U-5, tram und Bus. Man ist also sehr schnell im Zentrum.
The apartment has not so big, but nice kitchen and bathroom with washmachine and all necessary things. It is old building with quiet and nice garden, where we can chill. WG is situated near Lichtenberg Bahnhof. So you can reach the S-bahn, U-bahn, Tram or Bus in 3-5 minutes.
Ein Junge ist berufstätig, der zweite Mitbewohner studiert und ein neues Mädel wird im April einziehen.
Ich weiß es ist sehr kurzfristig aber wir suchen nach eine entspannten und zuverlässigen Mitbewohner/in die ab dem 15.03.20 einziehen kann.
Two guys live in this apartment and one girl will move in soon (in April). One guy studies in university, another works as engineer. We are looking for understanding, open-minded person. If you want to share a beer/wine together - we can do it, if you want to be on your own - nobody will disturb you. We also have a cleaning schedule. So everything will be cool.
