Unsere Wohnung, in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Lichtenberg, sucht einen neuen Mitbewohner! Der Einzugstermin ist ab sofort!
Das 18 m² großes Zimmer ist hell und verfügt über einen französischen Balkon (nach Osten ausgerichtet, auf der Straßenseite des Gebäudes). Außerdem teilen wir uns ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine Küche mit kleinem Abstellraum, das Bad und wir haben Zugang zum Hinterhof, wo man die Abendsonne auf der Wiese genießen kann.

our home, close to Lichtenberg station, is looking for a new flatmate! The move-in date is from now.
Your 18 m² room is bright and comes with a french balcony (facing east, located on the street side of the building). We also share a large living room, a kitchen with a little storeroom, the bathroom and we have access to the backyard where you can enjoy the evening sun on the meadow.

Lage
Right on the S+U station Lichtenberg you can get anywhere quick. The neighbarhood gets more and more influenced by the nearby Friedrichshain. There's a vast number of restaurants, bars and shops, that will give you everything you need within a walking distance. My favorite place is definitely the nearby Rummelsburger Bucht.

WG-Leben
Here is space for one more person who plans to stay long-term, wanna make this flat a home and has a sense of respectful and harmonious living together. We don't smoke in our apartment. The main language is English (also Finish and German are spoken).
The rent is 420€ all in (service charges, heating, electricity, internet etc.).
Of course the registration is possible.
You will live together with Salla and Stefan. You can look forward to occasional cinema evenings in the living room or nice conversations in the kitchen. We don't do that much together as everyone is busy with work (both occasionally work from home). You will defenitely have your peace, but when it suits, challenge Stefan to a table tennis match or visit one of the numerous flea markets with Salla. They won't say no ;) The motto is: Everything can, nothing has to.
Direkt am S+U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg gelegen, kommt man schnell überall hin. Die Nachbarschaft wird immer mehr durch den nahe gelegenen Friedrichshain geprägt. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften, die alles bieten, was man braucht, und das in fußläufiger Entfernung. Mein Lieblingsplatz ist definitiv die nahe gelegene Rummelsburger Bucht.
Wir suchen eine weitere Person, die längerfristig bleiben möchte, die diese Wohnung zu einem Zuhause machen will und die Sinn für ein respektvolles und harmonisches Zusammenleben hat. Wir rauchen nicht in unserer Wohnung. Wir sprechen English und Deutsch. Die Anmeldung ist natürlich möglich.
Du wirst zusammen mit uns, Salla und Stefan wohnen. Du kannst dich auf gelegentliche Kinoabende im Wohnzimmer oder nette Gespräche in der Küche freuen. Wir unternehmen nicht so viel zusammen, da jeder mit seiner Arbeit beschäftigt ist (beide arbeiten gelegentlich von zu Hause aus). Ihr werdet auf jeden Fall eure Ruhe haben, aber wenn es passt, könnt ihr Stefan zu einem Tischtennismatch herausfordern oder mit Salla einen der zahlreichen Flohmärkte besuchen. Sie werden nicht nein sagen ;) Das Motto ist: Alles kann, nichts muss.
