Ich vermiete mein schnuckeliges Zimmer in einer kleinen, aber feinen 2-Zimmer Wohnung nahe am S/U Lichtenberg.
Mögliche wäre ein Einzug ab dem 23.12. für drei Monate (Ende März). Alles, was man zum leben braucht ist vorhanden. :)
Einige wenige meiner persönlichen Dinge befinden sich noch in einem der beiden Schränke, aber der andere ist frei geräumt und darf gerne von dir benutzt werden.
Wichtig: Es handelt sich um eine Zweck-WG, da die andere Mitbewohnerin (weiblich, 29 Jahre) beruflich sehr eingespannt ist und gerne ihre Ruhe hat.

I'm subletting my cute room (18sqm) in a 2 room flat. The flat is well located, it's a 2 min. walk to the S/U Lichtenberg. You could move in from the 23.12. on. The room is free until the end of march.
You would share the flat with another woman but it is important to know that this is a Zweck-WG which means it's more of a functional flat share. My flatmate is quite busy and likes to have her alone time.

Sehr gute Anbindung: 2 Gehminuten zum S/U Lichtenberg. In nur 2 Stopps ist man entweder am Ostkreuz oder an der Frankfurter Allee. Sowohl mit den 3 S-Bahnlinien, als auch mit der U5 lässt sich easy auch der Hauptbahnhof ohne umsteigen erreichen.
Die Rummelsburger Bucht ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen und bietet auch im Winter eine schöne Kulisse für (Winter-)Spaziergänge.

The location is great because it's only a 2 min. walk to the S/U Lichtenberg where you have 3 different S-Bahnen going and the U5. You can reach Ostkreuz and Frankfurter Allee in only two stops. If you need to go to Hauptbahnhof, just take any of the S-Bahnen or the U5 - all of them go to Hauptbahnhof as well. :)
If you like to take walks i recommend checking out the Rummelsburger Bucht. You can reach it in walking distance it's super nice to have a walk in the area, even in winter. :)
