Hi Everybody,
I am renting one of the rooms in a WG for 5 months . There is some furniture in the room; a bed, a closet. It is available as of 01.01.24. There are Edeka, Penny and spatis around a few minutes walk away. The closest public transportation (bus) is 3 min. away. The rent is 400 Euro. (Plus 25 Euro for internet)
The room is in Stieglitz, 2 bus station away from the U or S Bahn Rathaus Stieglitz. It is 18 square meters big and almost new. The room looks toward a big garden with trees. We have a relatively big kitchen with every kitchen utensil plus washing machine. A Turkish market (EuroGida) is just 3 bus station away. The rent will be 400 Euro that covers everything like warming and electricity.
About me:
My name is Sinan from Istanbul. I have been living in Berlin for almost 9 years and doing my PhD in political science at Technical University-Darmstadt. I am an easy-going person who would love to spend time together with my flatmates cooking, drinking and chatting. I go vegetarian. I prefer to live in a WG where people are politically engaged and diversity is promoted. I cannot tolerate any kind of misogyn, LGBT&Queer phobia and discrimination towards minorities.
Most of the time I will be busy either at work or at library to complete my PhD.
