I am going away and my large room in my flat in Mitte is available for sublet from 26.05 to 24.06. There is only one other person in the flat.
My flat has a large main bedroom (which will be yours), a second smaller bedroom, a large living room and full-sized kitchen with dining table, and a bathroom with a shower. It is in a modern newer building with an elevator. The location is excellent and could not be any more central. There is a large couch in the living room that extends out into another bed.
The bedroom has a large storage dresser, and a TV (not shown in photos). There is a small two-seater couch also in the bedroom.
I have a young cat who usually lives with me. Still up in the air if he will be there the days I am gone, but either way, if you have allergies or don't like cats, this is not the best place for you.
If you are interested, please do not write "is this available?" or "I am interested." Write a proper introduction and tell me who you are, what you are doing in Berlin, your current living situation and goals, and just any general information that would be of interest.

Ich werde verreisen und mein großes Zimmer in meiner Wohnung in Mitte ist vom 26.05 bis 24.06 zur Untermiete verfügbar. Es gibt nur eine weitere Person in der Wohnung.
Meine Wohnung hat ein großes Hauptschlafzimmer (das deins sein wird), ein zweites kleineres Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Esstisch und ein Badezimmer mit Dusche. Sie befindet sich in einem modernen, neueren Gebäude mit Aufzug. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und könnte nicht zentraler sein. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine große Couch, die sich zu einem weiteren Bett ausziehen lässt.
Das Schlafzimmer hat eine große Kommode und einen Fernseher (nicht auf den Fotos zu sehen). Es gibt auch eine kleine Zweisitzer-Couch im Schlafzimmer.
Ich habe eine junge Katze, die normalerweise bei mir lebt. Es ist noch unklar, ob sie während meiner Abwesenheit da sein wird, aber falls du Allergien hast oder keine Katzen magst, ist dies nicht der beste Ort für dich.
Falls du interessiert bist, schreibe bitte nicht "Ist das verfügbar?" oder "Ich bin interessiert." Located in the heart of Berlin, this is a prime location in the city. The U2 Spittelmarkt and U5 Museum Insel are walking distance, connecting you with ease to the whole city.
Alexanderplatz is 15m by foot or 5m by bus. There is a bus stop and grocery story steps away from the flat, taking you easily to Alexanderplatz, through Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg, and anywhere you need to go.
You can not ask for a more central location in Berlin.

Inmitten von Berlin gelegen, handelt es sich hier um einen erstklassigen Standort in der Stadt. Die U-Bahn-Stationen U2 Spittelmarkt und U5 Museum Insel sind zu Fuß erreichbar und verbinden dich mühelos mit der gesamten Stadt.
Der Alexanderplatz ist 15 Minuten zu Fuß oder 5 Minuten mit dem Bus entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft befinden sich nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt und bringen dich problemlos zum Alexanderplatz, durch Mitte, Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer Berg und überall hin, wo du hinmöchtest.
Eine zentralere Lage in Berlin könntest du dich nicht wünschen.

You'll be sharing the flat with one other person, a 38-year old male. He works full-time on weekdays and will be out of the flat between 6am and 5pm Monday through Friday. He keeps to himself and is a very friendly guy, clean, and easy to get along with.

There is a 200 Euro deposit for potential damages that must be paid as well. It is fully refundable upon my return, and I will return it quickly.

Ich ziehe es vor, dass du persönlich vorbeikommst, damit du die Wohnung sehen und mich und meine Katze kennenlernen kannst. Aber ich kann auch Besichtigungen per WhatsApp-Videoanruf machen.
Es gibt eine Kaution von 200 Euro für mögliche Schäden, die ebenfalls bezahlt werden muss. Diese ist vollständig erstattbar bei meiner Rückkehr, und ich werde sie schnell zurückgeben.
