Die WG beinhaltet drei Zimmer, ein Bad mit Badewanne/ Dusche, sowie eine große Einbauküche und einen Keller. Da das Zimmer in Richtung Süden ausgerichtet ist, ist es trotz Erdgeschoss sehr hell. Die WG richtet sich an Studenten und/ oder Berufsanfänger. Eine Putzfrau reinigt alle zwei Wochen die Wohnung. Es wird noch ein Regal hinzugefügt, das auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist.

This cosy room with very high ceiling is fully furbished, including WiFi and is part of a shared flat. The shared flat consists of three rooms, a bath room with bathtub/ shower, a big kitchen and a cellar. The room is directed towards the South and is thus very bright for the ground-floor. The shared flat is planned for students and/ or professional newcomers. A cleaning lady cleans the flat every fortnight. A shelf will be added to the room, which is not yet on the pictures.

Berlin Mitte in unmittelbarer Nähe zum U-Bhf Rosenthaler Platz. Es gibt sehr viele Restaurants und Cafés in der Umgebung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Supermarkt, Gemüseladen, Bäcker, etc. sind fußläufig in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
In the heart of Berlin Mitte, very close to U-Bhf Rosenthaler Platz. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés in the vicinity. Shoping facilities, such as supermarket, vegetables, bakery, etc. are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Die WG soll neu gegründet werden und richtet sich sowohl an längerfristige Mieter, als auch an kurzfristige Mieter (mind. 2 Monate). Die WG ist voll möbliert, inklusive neuer Waschmaschine, DSL Internet und Einbauküche. Außerdem reinigt eine Putzfrau alle zwei Wochen die Wohnung. Die Bewohner sollen Studenten und/ oder Berufsanfänger sein.
