We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared flat (230 m2 with large 40m2 living room). The free room has 29m², high ceilings and wooden floors, and will be rented out for at least 12 months (extension possible). There is LOTS of common space with couches, TV and a large table for you to use in the living room. This would be perfect for you if you want to live with a bunch of really fun people. I have been living in this place for 9 years and have had an amazing time. If you are interested let me know and we arrange a tour through the house.
We want to make this an open, international place that goes beyond a student WG. We speak English and we are looking for a non-German flatmate to join our community.
Therefore, a stable net income of at least 1,500 EUR per month will be required to satisfy the landlord's requirement.
The flat is perfectly situated with easy access to the whole city. You can take the bus (M48/85) just in front of the door and it takes you to Hauptbahnhof, Mitte, Alex. Potsdamer Platz is in walking distance (about 8 minutes away) as well as the U-Bahn (U1 and U2) which takes you to Zoo, Stadtmitte, Kreuzberg, Warschauerstr and Friedrichshain very easy.
There is a good selection of shopping very close; for groceries there is a ReWe or Turkish supermarket. For beer and latenight snacks there are two Spätis (Kiosks) just outside.
We are an easy-going and open bunch. We - Thao, Darlene, Ronan, Benoit, Agnieszka and Bastian - work or study. We all come from different directions geographically (Ireland, Germany, Italy) and educationally (arts/ music, architecture, law, business)
