24qm Zimmer möbliert, hell, zentral, nähe Humboldthain in frisch sanierter, ruhiger Wohnung (befristet)

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an der Grenze von Wedding/Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg. Die Straße selbst ist ruhig. Die Parkplatzsituation variiert je nach Tageszeit, abends ist es in der Regel unproblematisch. Zur U8 Voltastraße sind es circa 500m, zur Tram M10 circa 600m. Zum Humboldthain läuft man wenige Minuten und der beliebte Mauerpark ist circa 20min fußläufig erreichbar. Die Buslinie 247 fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab.

The flat ist located just at the border of Wedding/Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg. The street itself is quiet. To get a parking spot is usually easier at the evening. To get to underground line U8 Voltastraße it's 500m by feet. To tram station M10 600m. It takes you just a few minutes to get to the Humboldthain and the popular Mauerpark is a 20 minute walk away. There’s a bus stop (bus 247) just outside the house.

Ich bin 29 und arbeite im Gesundheitssystem. Durch die Pandemie ist meine Arbeitsbelastung aktuell sehr hoch, aber auch sonst werdet ihr mich vermutlich häufig mehrere Tage hintereinander nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Da ich im Schichtdienst arbeite ist es mir wichtig, dass man ausreichend miteinander redet wann und unter welchen Umständen Besuch kommt. An sich habe ich aber Oropax und meist kann ich schlafen ohne mich von äußeren Faktoren stören zu lassen. Ich bin selbst echter Berliner (ja tatsächlich, sehr selten aber es gibt uns noch ;)) und sehr gesellig, miteinander kochen oder einfach nur zum Schnacken beisammen sitzen finde ich klasse - wenn es zeitlich bei mir drin ist, momentan ist es das meistens nicht. Rücksicht, Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind ein absolutes Muss, auch ich lasse mal ein Teesieb im Spülbecken stehen, aber mehrere Tage hintereinander möchte ich nicht über euer dreckiges Geschirr stolpern, vor allem weil es eine Spülmaschine gibt. Ansonsten bin ich entspannt, habe viel Erfahrung mit WG und Hostel-Leben und vor allem kann man über alle im Alltag entstehenden Konflikte gut mit mir reden.

I am 29 and I work in healthcare. Due to Corona I work lots of hours at the moment and even during normal life there will be days that you won't see me at all. Because of my shift duties it's important to me that we do talk properly about when friends and buddies are coming over and what for. But after all I've got earplugs and normally I don't let external factors disrupt my sleep.
I am a real Berliner (yes indeed, we're rare but we still exist ;)) and I am a social person. I like cooking together or just sitting around for a nice chat - if my time plan allows it, at the moment it does not most of the time. Being mindful, tidy and clean is definitely a must-do. Of course I leave my tea strainer in the sink now and then, but I don't want to stumble over your dirty dishes for several days, especially because there is a dishwasher. Apart from that I am relaxed and I got plenty of experience with shared flat and hostel-living. It will be always possible to talk about upcoming every day conflicts.

Wenn ihr einen Fernseher habt könnt ihr meinen MagentaTV Receiver nutzen. Ich habe erstens keinen Fernseher und zweitens keine Zeit dafür. Das Kellerabteil misst leider nur geschätzte 30x30cm, daher ist dort kein Platz zum Möbel unterstellen.
