Rooms are fully furnished and equipped, this includes a bed with a slatted frame, mattress, desk and desk chair, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, curtains, ceiling lamp, kitchen supplies (pots, pans, knives, forks, spoons, cutting board).
All costs included (also Internet) - the Rundfunkbeitrag (TV and radio tax) has to be paid by you.
Subletting is not possible. Minimum stay is 3 months.
All rooms are meant for 1 person only. (no exceptions)
No animals are allowed.
All tenants have to sign a rental contract (a landlord´s confirmation is then provided for your official registration in Berlin - Anmeldung).
A large mall is walking distance away with plenty of shops.
The U Kochstr./Checkpoint Charlie station is 200 m away
The closest supermarket is LIDL and REWE, there is also a Deutsche Bank branch, KAMPS bakery, pharmacy and multiple coffee shops nearby.
Even though the location is very central, the apartment itself is very neat and quiet.
Your flatmates will be young professionals, students, or interns between the age of 18 and 35. In the apartment, we try to ensure a friendly atmosphere, where like-minded people can have peaceful cohabitation.
