Zwischenmiete - Zentrale WG in Mitte sucht // Centrally located flatshare looking for a friendly roommate

Zur zwischenmiete wird bei uns a für einen Monat mein Zimmer frei. Die WG ist vor 2 Jahren frisch saniert worden und befindet sich im 11. Stock mit laangem Balkon und super Aussicht über Berlin! 🏠

Dein Zimmer:
Auch von deinem Zimmer hast direkten Zugang zum Balkon & eine Top Aussicht über Berlin. Dir stehen ca. 18 Quadratmeter zur freien Verfügung (dimmbares Licht dessen Farbe du nach belieben verändern kannst sind ein weiteres Plus). Die Miete für die Dauer des Aufenthalts beträgt 725€ all inklusive.

Location
Die Wohnung ist in der Leipziger Straße und somit super zentral gelegen. Zwei verschiedene U-Bahn-Stationen (Stadtmitte & Hausvogteiplatz) sind in nur 5 Minuten Entfernung und bringen dich innerhalb von 30 Minuten an eigentlich jede Ecke im Berliner Ring. Mit dem Fahrrad kriegst du vieles sogar noch schneller hin 😊
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es zu genüge direkt um die Ecke. Rewe, Lidl, Penny, Rossmann und DM sind innerhalb von 1-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht. Zum Einkaufen kannst du in die Mall of Berlin oder die Friedrichsstraße um die Ecke. Ärzte, Apotheken und Fitnessstudios sind ebenfalls direkt um die Ecke.
Solltest du mal laufen gehen wollen, ist die Strecke zum Tiergarten nur zu empfehlen. Die Entfernung dort hin ist perfekt fürs Warm-up! 🏃‍♀️

WG Leben
Dich wird in der WG mein aktueller Mitbewohner Eike und eine weitere Person begrüßen (für die machen wir altuell noch die WG Castings). Eike (24) studiert aktuell im Master International affairs und arbeitet als Werkstudent bei einer Kommunikationsberatung. In der WG wohnt er seit September 2021 und nutzt gerne die gut ausgestattete Küche der Wohnung (bete, dass du seine Spinat Lasagne mal serviert bekommst!).

In der WG entdecken wir am Wochenende gemeinsam die verschiedenen Ecken von Berlin oder kochen gerne mal zusammen. Abends halten wir es unter der Woche ab ner Bestimmten Uhrzeit ruhig, haben aber am Wochenende nichts dagegen was zu unternehmen. Wenn du also aktiv bist, und Bock hast auch mal was mit der WG zu unternehmen, bist du bei uns richtig! 🎳🌇 Btw. damit wir wissen, dass du die Anzeige auch ganz gelesen hast, erwähne „Mozart“ in deinem ersten Satz deiner Nachricht.
Die Wohnung sauber zu halten sollte für uns alle selbstverständlich sein und da wir beide Nichtraucher sind, würden wir uns freuen, wenn du es auch bist.

Hello there,

Our WG is currently looking for a subletting roommate! 🏠

The flat share is a newly renovated 3-person flat on the 11th floor with a long balcony. Accordingly, we also have a very nice view over Berlin. The house is on Leipziger Straße in Berlin-Mitte, in the center of Berlin🏙️

Your room:
Your room is one of the three bedrooms. It is about 17sqm in size and costs 725€ all inclusive for the time of the sublet. Pictures of the room will follow, since it's currently being furnished :)

The location of the apartment:
You are super central and can get to practically any part of the city in about 20-30 minutes which is amazing for Berlin. You have 2 subway stations directly on site (U6 Stadtmitte - 5 minutes walk; U2 Hausvogteiplatz - 5 minutes walk) and also the next bus stop (Jerusalemer Str.) is just only a 1 minute walk🚇
You have plenty of shopping opportunities here. The typical supermarkets like Lidl, Rewe, Penny or Alnatura are all 1 to 7 minutes away on foot. Just as far away are drugstores like DM or Rossmann. The Mall of Berlin is close by, as is Friedrichstraße. Doctors, pharmacies and fitness studios are also right here🛒
And if you like jogging, make your way to Tiergarten, the route there has the perfect length for a warm-up run🏃‍♀️

You will be living with my Roommates Eike (24) and one other person that we ate currently casting. Eike is studying international affairs and is a working student in a communication vonsultancy. We would be happy to welcome other young professionals or students.
In the WG we are non-smokers, like to cook, do sports, and are currently exploring the various Berlin neighborhoods together. Apart from that, we are currently working on a project to upgrade our balcony, so that we can enjoy it better in the summer when the weather is nice🥘🤾

Accordingly, we are looking for someone, regardless of gender, who is also a non-smoker, who values a clean bathroom, and would like to use the shared apartment not only for the limited purpose of sharing a flat, but to socialise too🎳🌇 By the way, incorporate the word “Mozart“ the first sentence of your message to us so we know you’ve read the entire post. Since we are both working fulltime we like to keep the noise down on evenings during the week after a certain time. However, on the weekends we like to meet people and actively use our freetime.
